Gemini White Vinyl Primer/Undercoat – 1 gallon [PVS-1100]PVS-1100 is a vinyl lacquer primer designed to be used in conjunction with Gemini’s white nitrocellulose lacquer topcoats. This primer has been developed using resins which improve the overall durability and moisture resistance of a standard nitrocellulose lacquer system.
